To book a villa simply follow these 3 steps.

Step 1 

Call or contact us via fax or e-mail, giving us your details, the dates you want to travel and your accommodation type requirements or your request for the specific villa you are interested for. All our villas have a unique id number # for your convenience. Same day, or latest the next day, you will receive from us confirmation of availability or an alternative in case the requested villa is not available, whereby you are given a booking option of 2-4 days. Within this period please let us know if you wish to complete the booking.

We recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment as our villas book up very early. The earlier you book, the greater choice of villas you will have!

Step 2 

In order to finalize your reservation and according to villas owner policy:

• A deposit of 20% up to 50% is required within 5 (five) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. The deposit can be paid either by remitting the money to their bank account, or online by credit card, or with paypal.

Step 3 

After receiving the deposit, they we will send you the reservation voucher and the receipt for the payment.

Cancellation policy. Notice of cancellation must received trough email or fax.

Different policies apply to each villa. Please read carefully each villa cancellation policy. You will find these terms in our email, when we will confirm availability and rates.

Security Payment:

When you make a booking with us and we receive payment from you, we will send you an official receipt along with your voucher for your reservation. We use for your credit card payments a world known authorized secure system and you automatically receive money security through your credit card company.
