Weather in Bali is always warm, humid and tropical, remaining around 30C to 35C all year round.

The April-October dry season and November-March rainy seasons are only relative, with plenty of rainfall around the year,
but the Balinese winter is cloudier, more humid and with a higher chance of thunderstorms.

Bali is eight degreesbelow the equator and has a yearly tropical monsoon weather. A more important consideration is the tourist season, as Bali can get crammed in July-August and again around Christmas. Overall, the weather is gently tropical.

during national holidays. Outside these peaks, Bali island can be surprisingly quiet and good discounts
on accommodation are often available.

Days are almost always 12 hours long. May, June and July are generally considered to be the best time to travel to Bali in terms of the weather. However, depending on whether the traveler is a surfer or explorer, preferences may change.

Rainy season is normally from November to April.

Most people agree the dry season, especially at its peak (July-October) Bali has the best weather of the year. round
the coast, sea breezes temper the heat and as you move inland you also move up so the altitude works to
keep things cool.

It can get very cool up in the highlands & a warm sweater can be a good idea in mountain villages like Kintamani or Bedugul. Remember to bring sun protection in the form of a hat, sunglasses, sun hat, sun block and light comfortable clothes. Expats living in Bali for some time tend to get used to the weather in Bali.
